Wellness
Our residents participate in a variety of Wellness activities each year.
Resident Well Being and Resilience
The physical, psychological and emotional well-being of residents and faculty members is of paramount importance to THMEP and our ACGME-accredited training programs. We recognize the importance of a focus on both preventing burnout and cultivating resilience and well-being. In addition to program-specific activities, THMEP distributes a monthly newsletter and sponsors optional monthly wellness activities, below are photos from a few recents events.

Our program values wellness and encourages residents to engage in fun activities together. We believe that fostering community and promoting physical and mental well-being are essential for a healthy lifestyle. By organizing various interactive events, we create opportunities for residents to connect, relax, and rejuvenate.
Whether it's a friendly game of pickleball, game night, or arts and crafts, our activities help build friendships and a sense of belonging. We are committed to creating a vibrant community where everyone feels valued and motivated to participate in activities that enhance their overall well-being. Join us in making wellness a priority and enjoy the benefits of spending quality time with fellow residents.
